Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed, free of makeup, perfume, deodorant, or any scents, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We reserve the right to reject returns that show any signs of wear, scratches, stains, or odors.

Important Hygiene Notice for Jewelry: Due to health and sanitation regulations, earrings (including studs, hoops, and pierced jewelry) are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged. This policy is strictly enforced for the safety of all our customers.

How to Start a Return
To start a return, you must contact us at saba.siddiquie@yahoo.com within the 30-day window. Please note that returns must be sent to the following address:

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Return Shipping Costs: Unless the return is due to our error (defective, wrong item, or damaged upon arrival), the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. If we provide a prepaid return label, the cost of that label will be deducted from your final refund. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours of delivery if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right. Claims made after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted, as we cannot verify the condition upon arrival.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Pierced earrings and body jewelry (for hygiene reasons - unless defective).

  • Custom or personalized items (such as special orders or engraved pieces).

  • Gift cards.

  • Final Sale Items (clearly marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" on the product page).

Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, resized, or altered in any way.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (following the process above), and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Important: If you used a discount code, the refund will reflect the amount you actually paid. We do not refund the original shipping charges you paid to receive the order (unless the return was due to our error).
